For founders whose business has stopped growing like it used to

You built a real business. But the growth has quietly stalled.

You're still moving — just not like you used to. Not like you know you could. And you can't quite name what's holding it back.

Be honest with yourself for a moment

Do you believe you're capable of much higher growth — but keep landing at roughly the same rate every year?

Do you see your competition surpassing you?

Do you feel the lack of strategy in your business, but don't know how to build one?

You're investing into marketing and lead generation — but the business is not picking up.

You're thinking: Is it time to exit this business, or should I keep investing into it?

The real reason

It's almost never effort. It's a constraint.

You've grown for years. You've done the hard things right.

But a business is a system. And a system only moves as fast as its tightest constraint allows.

Not your team. Not your product. Not the market. Usually a strategic bottleneck — often invisible — quietly setting the pace for everything behind it.

It's the approach I practice — the Theory of Constraints, developed by Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt in his book The Goal. It's the lens I will put to practice for your business.

THE CONSTRAINT the whole line runs at this pace
Work piles up before the constrained stage — everything upstream just waits. Widen it and the entire line accelerates.
What I actually do

I work with founders who feel this way.

I'm not a consultant. I'm not a coach.

I'm an operator — 13+ years inside high-growth companies, as the person who finds the constraint and clears it.

Now I work beside a few founders to find and fix the constraints holding their growth back. Here's how.

1

We talk

90 minutes. You share what's really going on — the good and the uncomfortable.

2

I listen

I ask questions. We map your business together, honestly.

3

We identify

If there's a clear constraint, I name it. If there isn't, I'll tell you that too.

4

You unblock

We meet every week or two. You execute; I help you clear the path.

5

Next constraint

Once the first is fixed, we move to the next. That's how you compound.

How it works in practice: about 6–10 focused hours a month of your time, plus a strategy session or two. We meet every week or two — you execute, I help you clear the path. No lock-in. The goal is to make myself unnecessary.

This might be for you.

I'd rather be honest up front than waste anyone's time — mine or yours.

A likely fit if…

  • You've built a real business — roughly ₹10L to ₹10Cr in revenue, or more.
  • You're growing — but not like you used to, or not like you could.
  • You feel you're working harder, but not smarter.
  • You want someone who's been in the seat — not advising from the outside.
  • You're willing to share real numbers and have honest conversations.

Probably not, if…

  • You're pre-revenue or idea-stage — you need validation, not constraint work.
  • You want someone to execute for you — you need a COO or an operator hire.
  • You want a quick fix or a guaranteed outcome — this is deep work.
  • You'd rather not open up about the real challenges — transparency is the whole point.
Rupinder Aulakh
Who I am

An operator, not a guru.

I've been in the seat you're in.

I'm Rupinder Aulakh — a mechanical engineer by training, from NIT Jalandhar. For 13+ years, I've been the person inside the business who finds the constraints and clears them.

My journey has not been a straight line — and that's probably why I see businesses the way I do. I've moved across manufacturing, hospitality, healthtech, agriculture, agritech and public-sector work. Every move put me in a new room, with new people, new pressures, and problems I had to understand quickly. I've worked in fast-growing startups, built teams and systems from scratch, sat with data and P&Ls, worked with people on the ground. Some things grew quickly. Some didn't work, and generated wisdom.

I've always wanted to understand the real story beneath the surface — how people work, where decisions get delayed, what the numbers are actually saying, and why a capable business isn't moving as fast as it should. I'm adaptable by nature, but I don't pretend to have an answer before I understand the problem. Across all of it, I kept finding the same truth: businesses rarely get stuck because people aren't trying hard enough — they get stuck because the real problem is hidden beneath the obvious one. I'm building this practice because I find meaning in helping founders see that gap, and work through it.

I'm based in Chandigarh, and I work with only 3–5 founders at a time. I don't take everyone — only where there's a genuine fit.

Proof, honestly

Constraints I've already worked on.

I'm early in building my own consulting practice, so I won't invent client testimonials. These are real results from my operating career — not client engagements. In some I led the work; in others I was part of the team. Either way, I won't inflate my role — the pattern is always the same: find what's really setting the pace, and clear it.

Asahi India GlassManufacturing
$2.5M equipment built

Designed and developed $2.5M of capital equipment end-to-end — from the drawing board to running on the floor. The discipline of making a system actually work started here.

OYOHospitality
250 → 10,000 hotels

Part of the team that scaled the network from 250 to 10,000 hotels in about 1.5 years — activation and onboarding were the constraint on that growth curve, and we cleared it.

HealthiansHealthTech
5× revenue growth

Decisions were being made on gut, not signal. Stood up the analytics backbone that supported a 5× revenue journey — so the company grew on evidence, not guesswork.

HFNAgritech
~10,000 villages reached

On-ground reach was the ceiling. Built a 10,000+ Saarthi field network — roughly one per village — turning ambition on a whiteboard into distribution that actually moved.

Punjab AgroPSU
₹0 → ₹50L ARR

There was no channel at all. Built e-commerce operations from zero to ₹50L ARR inside a government body — proof that constraints yield even where the system is slowest.

Punjab Government (ongoing)Government
Carbon credits, statewide

Currently advising on the statewide implementation of carbon credits and farmer digitization — new-age agriculture at policy scale.

No pitch. Just a conversation.

If this resonates, let's talk.

I'm not going to sell you anything. The first step is a 90-minute conversation — free, no obligation. We'll map your business, name your likely constraint, and decide together if there's a fit. If there is, great. If not, you'll still leave with clarity on what to focus on next.

I work with only 3–5 founders at a time, and I don't take everyone — only where there's a real fit.
